Congratulations to Xinze Yang, a graduate student in Eduardo da Silva Neto’s group, who received a Best Poster Award, sponsored by the American Physical Society and Physical Review Letters, at the 2026 International Conference on Spectroscopies in Novel Superconductors (SNS) in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Established in 1991, SNS is a prestigious international conference that brings together leading researchers in spectroscopy, materials discovery, transport, theory, and superconductivity.

Xinze presented the poster “Quasiparticle Interference of Superconductivity and Sublattice Texture in CsV3Sb5”. The work is co-led by Xinze Yang, Aaron Greenberg, Pranab Kumar Nag, and Junze Deng and represents a collaboration among researchers at Yale University, Princeton University, Aalto University, the Max Planck Institute for Chemical Physics of Solids, and the Donostia International Physics Center.

Xinze commented, “It is a great honor to receive the Best Poster Award at the 2026 International Conference on Spectroscopies in Novel Superconductors. This conference provided me with a wonderful opportunity to learn new perspectives from researchers across the condensed matter physics community, and to share our recent work. This achievement reflects not only my own effort but also the effort of my colleagues, our collaborators, and the support of my advisor, and I’m grateful for their contributions throughout this project.”
