Event description:
My research integrates biophysics, genomics, bioinformatics, and data science to uncover and interpret complex patterns in biological data. In this seminar, I will show how probabilistically constrained physical models can impute missing experimental measurements, enabling more accurate and complete reconstructions of 3D genome architecture. I will highlight some of my lab’s current projects and share our broader vision and future directions.
