Abstract: In this talk I will introduce recent development of a method known as Lightcone Conformal Truncation. Quantum Field Theory has rich dynamics at strong coupling regime, but is notoriously hard to solve. Exciting progress has been made in an approach known as Conformal truncation. In this approach, QFT dynamics is approximated as a finite dimensional truncated Hamiltonian, whose matrix elements are computed with CFT data. Our method combines this approach with Lightcone quantization, which brings significant theoretical and computational simplifications.
