Physics+Astro Event on Belonging: The nature of belonging within STEM academic departments

This event will focus on the nature of belonging within STEM academic departments. What does it mean to feel a sense of belonging? What aspects of our two departments encourage or hinder these feelings among students, faculty, and staff?
