Biographical Sketch:
I am an astrophysicist turned historian of science. I received my Ph.D. in Astronomy and Astrophysics from the University of Chicago in 2006 and my second Ph.D. in History from the University of California Santa Barbara in 2023.
Research:
I am examining the history of post Second World War transnational physics involving Asian American physicists, and on the history of Mount Wilson Observatory. As an astrophysicist, I have worked in composition determination and hadronic interaction model of ultra high energy cosmic rays. I was part of the Pierre Auger Collaboration.
