Yale Prize Postdoctoral Fellowship in Condensed Matter Theory

Position Description: 

The Condensed Matter Theory group at Yale University invites applications for a postdoctoral position to start in the Summer or Fall of 2025. Preference will be given to applicants with expertise in quantum aspects of condensed matter theory and research interests in the general areas of electron correlations, low-dimensional systems, topological phases of matter, disorder, cold atomic gases, and physics of quantum information. The successful applicant will receive a Yale Physics Prize Postdoctoral Fellowship endowed by Yale University. The postdoctoral scholar is encouraged to work independently or in collaboration with faculty members (Meng Cheng, Steve Girvin, Leonid Glazman, Nicholas Read and Ramamurti Shankar). 

 
Qualifications:
The successful candidate must have a Ph.D. or equivalent degree at the time of hire.
