Wright Lab associate professor of physics Reina Maruyama was featured in an article in Symmetry magazine called “The other dark matter candidate” about the axion.  Maruyama and professor of physics Steve Lamoreaux lead the HAYSTAC dark matter detector experiment, housed at Wright Lab, which is searching for axions.
