Rona Ramos received her Ph.D. from Yale in 2010 with Sean Barrett as her thesis advisor. She worked for many years as the introductory lab coordinator before transitioning into this new position.
The Graduate Service Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Graduate Studies and Graduate Registrar to provide academic and non-academic support and services to Physics graduate students and help develop the graduate program. The success of our graduate students is a priority for our department, and Rona brings invaluable experience and expertise to the graduate program team.
