Charles Bailyn (Thomas E. Donnelley Professor of Astronomy & Professor of Physics) has won the 2009 Bruno Rossi Prize of the AAS. He will share the prize with Jeff McClintock and Ron Remillard, “for measuring the masses of Galactic black holes”.
