Researchers at the Physics Department are investigating the basic components of our Universe at the most fundamental level to understand their makeup and the forces acting between them. We are involved in the ATLAS experiment at CERN, a broad neutrino program, the search for dark matter, and R&D towards future particle physics experiments.
