- Sloane Physics Laboratory (SPL), 217 Prospect Street, is where the departmental administrative offices are located. The Chair’s Office is on the first floor (Rm. 34).
- Sterling Chemistry Lab (SCL), 225 Prospect Street, home to physics instructional labs
- Yale Science Building (YSB), 260 Whitney Avenue
- Wright Laboratory (WL), 272 Whitney Avenue
- Yale Quantum Institute (YQI), 17 Hillhouse Avenue, 4th Floor
- Kline Tower (KT), 219 Prospect Street.

It is not recommended that you take a taxi to New Haven from Bradley International Airport (BDL), John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), LaGuardia Airport (LGA), or Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) airports as it would be very expensive. Taxi service from/to Tweed NewHaven airport should be $10-15 from downtown New Haven.
